Evidence of Editing





 The images above are evidence of us editing the music album back cover as well as making a few adjustments to the magazine advert. We noticed when comparing the album back cover and the magazine advert that both the music logo's were different. As a group we decieded that the logo used on the album was most effective as it looked sleek and proffessional, we therefore replicated the logo and put it on the magazine advert. We also got a second open from our media teacher who suggested that our magazine advert had too much variety of  different colours used on the fonts. This gave the album cover a less proffesional look and did not show continutity between the texts. We decided to change the colour scheme of the album back cover using the colours red,black and white . These colours worked particularly well as they represented continuity between our media texts thus creating a brand identity which audiences will be able to recognise when looking at our music products. To make sure we got the colour scheme and fonting right we compared the album front cover,back cover and magazine advert together to make sure that the concepts were consistent and identical.
